I went to the gym in my building to use the elliptical. When I got there, two young guys were on the treadmills. I will admit this made me shy away at first. But I told myself this is about me not about them. So I hopped on and started.

It wasn’t long before I was huffing and puffing, and sweating up a storm. Out of the corner of my eye I caught these boys glancing at me, cocking their heads in my direction and snickering.

I tri d to ignore it. But it bothered me. So as soon as I finished my 25 minutes I quickly cleaned up and exited promptly.

But as I sit here, I have to ask, what the fuck?

I’m ridiculed for being my size and out of shape but then I’m ridiculed when I’m trying to do something about it? How is that fair, how does that make sense?

I just don’t understand why people have to be so cruel.

I’m not going to let them stop me, I’m going to go back and I’m going to work my as off every single time.

So to those boys, fuck you. You are part of everything that’s wrong in the world.

I cant wait for April. I’m too stressed with school. I feel like I don’t have time to breath.

I have intracranial hyertension which causes intense headaches from time to time.  Caffeine helps this, but i hate coffee so when it gets so bad I cant stand it I drink and energy drink.  I havent had one in about a month and half, so today I found one without sugar and drank it.  That was 6 hours ago.  I am fucking wired as fuck.  I googled owls for 3 hours.

I woke up and got excited because I’m suppose to run tonight. That never happens. I normally dread it all day long.

Short tonight.  It said it was -13 which is fine but I forgot to take into account  the he windchill which made it feel like - 27… Oh the joys of Canada.  I was not dressed warm enough.  My legs are beet red.

I bought this thing at the flee market today.  The bar detaches to leave you with just a resistance band. I figured, for 5 bucks, I can never have an excuse not to do it.   I just tried the routine they recommended on the website and Ow.  I suspect tomorrow is going to suck for my shoulders.

When I started I had one set of dedicated work out clothes. Which worked because I was only doing minimal cardiovascular three times a week. But now I’m adding different types of exercise, almost 7 days a week. I live in an apartment building with laundry but it’s 4$ a load. I’m going broke just in exercise clothing.
